All Peter-Philip Care Ltd staffs are trained to the highest standard. To qualify for employment you must pass criminal background checks and reference checks. We provide an exclusive training program and offer flexible full-time and part-time hours. Our rigorous recruitment procedures ensure that we employ ideally well qualified and experienced candidates, personally interviewed by one of our trained consultants and thoroughly vetted to determine their skills and experience.

They are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety. In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

We aim to achieve excellence in providing care services that matches our clients’ expectations.

HOME CARE

Family carers are not always local and therefore our service can help relieve some of the anxiety and stress within the family.

Generally, we cannot relieve the total pressure altogether but some of the worry is most certainly removed. Obviously this doesn’t take the place of friendly and loving family visits but our help does give peace of mind during the periods of absence or when relatives do live some distance away.

Your needs may vary from light support and home help to more intensive needs such as personal care, night care, dementia care or full time live in care. Those requirements could be the result of an accident or illness, recovery from an operation or hospital visit, or simply to help you enjoy a better quality of life. Our home care and Live in care service promotes independent living and can be a great alternative to residential care homes and nursing care.

TRAINING

All our Care Workers are required to attend Peter-Philip Care Ltd induction course.
